7 Day Detox Tea

Often we can find our body showing signs that it is need of a deep cleanse. The Royal Flush detox tea cleanses the blood that allows the body to be rid of harmful toxins and build up. Our tea also stimulates the liver and kidneys to regulate their performance.

Guidance

For this simple infusion measure out 48 oz of water in a pot and bring the water to a boil. Once boiling, bring water down to a low simmer then add 1/2 cup of loose tea. Allow the contents to slowly steep for an hour. After an hour you will see the water turn a deep red, that means all the the properties have been extracted from the herbs. Take pot off of heat and place it aside to cool down. Once fully cooled, strain the tea and store it in the fridge. Drink 1 cup of tea up to 3 times a day and observe your bodies response. This is a week long cleanse that can also extend to the duration of two weeks out of a month.
